After ordering the Tranquil of Tears on line and from out of town, I realized I requested the flowers be delivered to the funeral home in Gaithersburg, I learned the family used the funeral home in DC. Telling my story to your team member, he called and made arrangements to have the arrangement delivered to DC. I will forever be in your debt for going out of your way to assist me.
